New product from the cloud-based law enforcement platform will automatically match digital evidence with crime logs and case files in other systems

Wrapping up a year of explosive growth, our portfolio company Mark43 announced a new digital evidence management system (DEMS).

DEMS is able to immediately upload video from officer body-worn cameras and other recording devices and automatically match it with crime logs and case files in other systems. DEMS is the latest tool in Mark43’s existing suite of solutions aimed at improving the safety and quality of life for all, which includes the company’s computer-aided dispatch (CAD) and records management system (RMS) products.

We’re looking forward to watching Mark43 continue to innovate and positively impact the everyday lives of citizens and law enforcement officials in 2018.
