Camino Adds Seven New Virtual Inspection Customers

Camino, the Customer Service Software for Government company, announced that seven seven additional government customers have adopted their virtual inspections product as of December 2020. The communities were looking for an easier way to manage their inspections during the pandemic, while also ensuring a positive citizen experience, and were able to set the Camino platform up quickly within their department.
Camino Virtual Inspections allow city staff members to send an inspection link on demand to any contractor anywhere in the county, regardless of device or OS. Each sessions is recorded, location is verified, and a report is generated at the end. This service reduces the cost to the city and accelerates the timeline for inspections for the public.

- City of Mesa, AZ
- City of Wichita Falls, TX
- Colusa County, CA
- Seminole County, FL
- Riverside County, CA
- Orange County, FL
